| Minutes of Meeting | MOM of BOD 1. DG visit starts 6pm at Senate Hall 2. No participation in Zone 6 Vocational Awards Ceremony to be held on 7th 3. Bavarchi day celebration 28 Jan, same place of last year 4. Yearly trip on 10,11 Feb, other place than Lonawala and Mahabaleshwar, if find 5. Interact assembly of 10th Jan, 10 students and one teacher to sponsor by club Rs. 2000. If permitted by school authorities 6. BOD to report at 6 pm for DG visit. Other members at 6 30 pm 7. Dress code is black trousers/salwar with choice of kurta/shirt. Men should wear Modi jacket. 8. Meeting will be followed by dinner. |
