| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of meeting 1. Last year accounts will be settled shortly. Shalaka will continue to be our CA. 2. Quarterly budget discussed w.r.t queries on group. Nitin resolved most of the queries. However; accounts to be reviewed on quarterly basis or project to project basis, will be decided jointly by Nitin, Shalaka, Rahul and Ninad. 3. If Chitra Marathe cheque received after our decision of taking 15k from new members , then we will take 2k from her as well. 4. Earlier decided budget of Crispin school was 10k, now revised to 15k by adjusting budgeted amount of 5k of Rotaract. 5. Success mantra completed well within budget, 19k only instead of 25k. 6. Global grant of paediatric surgery $500 can be undertaken. (please let us know the query, if any) 7. Swagat bitiya project will be continued this year with 100 kits (cost Rs. 25000). We will request members to donate voluntarily and then remaining kits amount club will pay. 8. 50k received from Bekaert, remaining payment of Guuva to be collected by Sunil, Westwood to be collected by Rahul. 9.Box cricket will be continued on District level in December. Details will be communicated shortly. |
