| Minutes of Meeting | 1. New project for new school - Trupti to put details of BOD 2. Success Mantra- to be conducted on site Ganesh Kala Krida, with Supermind contri 25k. We will make efforts to get donation or used the money generated from events. Ajay/Shrikant to take the date of Nilam Gorhe, accordingly Archhiita to book the venue 3. New project of First aid, CPR, Fire fighting training to be provided to societies. Ajay to donate First aid box to societies with branding if his and RCP yuva. We will take the support of 2-3 vendors of society for donation. May include waste management training. Make 2-3 teams of 4-5 members, Ajay to draft script to be used by all teams. All members to initiate the project in their respective societies. Ninad to take the lead in his, Trupti Sun Paradise etc. 4. Interact school 10k budget. Other case to case basis 5. RYLA - Trupti to initiate Vidyarthi Vihar Prashala. If not we will take part in District RYLA for 10k contri 6. Sunil Nanal to initiate 2Lacs for the project of Ti Che Aarogya . Project report to revise by Ajay 7. 4500 additional expenses in installation to improve club image approved. 8. Peace Rally of 5 days for 30k starting from 2nd October. Details discussed 27k actual expenses. Bahar will put in group later on. 9. Discussed Meenatai projects and monsoon picnic. Thursday 10th August if ok for all. Tree plantation and her projects discussion. 10. 7k to give to CA for Trust Formation. 11. Club accounts audit to be carried out from external auditor, independent of all members. 12. Next BOD meeting on Friday 5 August 2023 in Deepa office. |
