| Minutes of Meeting | Treasurer updated the bod about opening balance for this year. IT director mentioned low response from members who are not online yet current CPI rating was discussed and it was decided to achieve 40 marks by 31 july Ajay Kulkarni informed of closing down of Tee unit due to poor response and searching new location for same foundation director was not available today. It was decided to appeal all members to contribute 30$ minimum editorial progress was discussed and informed that it would be ready by 28th july New born girl child kit was discussed. Shrikant suggested talking to firstcry for sponsorship Adult diaper Donation to requirements of 2 olda age homes was approved. shrikant suggested talking to a supplier for best price. Ajay suggesting talking to a donor in connect. to It was decided to make an appeal at the time of installation for donation of plant @ 200 per plant. Club will put in balance amount plan to be worked for achieving CPI 800+ and members to be informed there roles and responsibities to achieve it. BOD accepted the Proposal to offer honorary membership to Dr. Jayashree Fadanvis. |
