| Minutes of Meeting | 1> Treasurer updated the bod about opening balance for this year. Total fees collected and the amount expected to be paid to rotary international and district dues. 2> Ideas were discussed. Open discussion and nothing concise was decided. 3>Overview of planning committee for installation was taken which was given by Medha Gadkari. It was decided to go ahead with planned dress code for the installation program. 4>Ajay Kulkarni could not make it to the meeting this was not discussed further. 5>It was decided to make banners of size 6 by 4 number 10. Sales standing standdies two numbers.
